Rice crackers made with locally grown Nou Rice
We grow our own rice using the cold waters of Mt. Gongendake and use few pesticides or fertilizers. We then make the rice into rice crackers by grilling them over charcoal flames one at a time. Enjoy all six flavors of our rice crackers: Soy sauce, nori, sugar, jade, sesame and chili!
