Wasabi growing, processing and sales
Our all natural wasabi is grown using the clear, pure water of the Hayakawa River Valley. Grown in small batches, our wasabi has a full, rich flavor and sharp bite that is perfect pairing with sashimi, sushi and more. We also clean and sell the wasabi we make and use it to make a variety of delicious pickles. We also make Itoigawa's famous Makochan Udon, udon noodles made with konbu kelp to produce a firm, flavorful noodle that is excellent cold or hot! ■Store Capacity: 10 - 20
