Our shop has been making kamaboko (fish cakes and sausages) since the Edo Period. We make both traditional kamaboko using methods handed down in our family since the 1800s as well as new modern favorites like our popular 'Message Kamaboko'. Enjoy the flavors of Itoigawa's Sea!
